Strawberry Rose Syrup
This year’s strawberries were hand-harvested by the f + k team on June 17, 2011 at Ward’s Berry Farm in Sharon, MA. For our strawberry rose syrup we roast the berries to deepen their flavor before steeping the juice with organic rose petals resulting in a fragrant bottling of June’s best.
