Strawberry Balsamic Preserves
This year’s strawberries were hand-harvested by the f + k team on June 17, 2011 at Ward’s Berry Farm in Sharon, MA. In this preserve we combine them with aged balsamic vinegar to form a loose, sauce-like preserve perfect for swirling into yogurt, spreading on toast, or pouring over ice cream.
Hand-packed in a clear, 8 fl oz jar with gold lid.
