Vanilla chamomile Marshmallows

Crafted with wild clover honey and chamomile flowers steeped in our own kitchen,these sweet, herbal marshmallows are rounded out with a creamy hint of vanilla. Highly flavorful and not too sweet, they make the most amazing topper for hot cocoa we’ve ever had (although, we confess that our favorite way to eat these is straight out of the bag!)

Always corn syrup free, our marshmallows are an exercise in balancing the perfect fluffy texture with a subdued and sophisticated taste. We seek to provide a more grown up alternative to the average sugary marshmallow.
