Walking the line between sweet and savory, this brittle came from the desire to have a product that could be an out-of-the-bag candy as well as an ingredient for cooking (we once cracked it onto a Christmas Ham and melted it in the oven. Pure bliss). Made with small-farm California walnuts and hand-crafted Maine sea salt.
